Looking for a cooking school or hospitality-management training in Minnesota? Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts - Minneapolis/St. Paul can help you gain the skills, education, and experience necessary to succeed in the food service industry.

Interested students should apply for admission as soon as possible to be accepted for a specific starting date. Start by contacting us to schedule an appointment to visit the school and receive a tour of campus facilities. Alternatively, you can apply online.

All applicants are required to complete a personal interview with an Admissions representative. Parents and spouses are encouraged to attend.

You´ll have an opportunity to see the school´s equipment and facilities and ask questions about the curriculum and your career objectives. Students who live outside the Minneapolis/St. Paul area may request a telephone interview instead.
