Experience Minneapolis/St. Paul
Located in the heart of America´s breadbasket, and nicknamed the City of Lakes, Minneapolis is a surprisingly cosmopolitan city, yet one that offers an abundance of outdoor-recreational opportunities.
With a renowned park system and numerous nearby natural lakes, Minneapolis has been called one of the country´s 10 greenest cities1, and, in 2006, Men´s Fitness magazine named it America´s most athletic city2.
The Twin Cities area also boasts more theater seats per capita than any U.S. city except New York City3, and it´s home to the Mall of America, the country´s largest retail and entertainment complex.
In addition, Minneapolis features a major professional sport for every season and was anointed one of America´s seven "Cool Cities" for young professionals by Kiplinger4.
