Ken Liss has a passion for great food, especially cheese. Premier Cheese Market exemplifies that passion. On November 2, 2004 Ken gave his wife Amy an amazing birthday dinner. Her friends raved and Ken enrolled at Le Cordon Bleu at Brown College and graduated February 2005.

Ross Reed´s philosophy is "go above and beyond and you will be rewarded." Ross is an October 2004 graduate of Le Cordon Bleu at Brown College and was promoted to Executive Sous Chef at Three Sons Kitchen after working there for a few short months.
