Ken Liss has a passion for great food, especially cheese. Premier Cheese Market exemplifies that passion. On November 2, 2004 Ken gave his wife Amy an amazing birthday dinner. Her friends raved and Ken enrolled at Le Cordon Bleu at Brown College and graduated February 2005.
